WASO is a charitable organisation that relies on the support
of donations and bequests.
Monies received from bequests to WASO are invested and
preserved in the Endowment Fund for the Orchestra. This
means that your money lives on forever.
Leaving a bequest is a wonderful opportunity to ensure that
WASO remains a part of the lives of future generations of
Western Australians, underpinning our vision to touch souls
and enrich lives through music.

All over the world I have been privileged to see and be
a part of the extraordinary and beautiful work achieved
through the generosity of philanthropic partnerships.
The WASO Philanthropy program is a wonderful way for
Patrons to support their Orchestra. Philanthropy at WASO
is so much more than giving to an organisation you love.
It is joining in partnership with this wonderful Orchestra
to continue sharing the joy of music throughout Western
Australia. It is a partnership with a very clear vision:
to touch souls and enrich lives through music.

to know our musicians.

As well as the wonderful programs we offer in metropolitan
Perth, WASO also reaches out to people who cannot easily
access live music through our Education and Community
Engagement programs. From sick children in hospitals, to
people with special educational needs and those living in
remote regional communities, we believe everyone has the
right to experience and enjoy music.
Annual donations underpin our ability to sustain the level
of excellence for which we consistently strive.
