DISTRIBUTION
Lake Anna Connections is published twice a year in the Spring (April) and Fall (October). Over 12,500 high
quality, full-color copies are mailed directly to the primary residence of the land and homeowners around
Lake Anna. The remainder of the copies will be distributed to local businesses, including general stores, real
estate offices, marinas and other convenient locations.
FORMAT
Advertisements can be provided camera-ready or our team of professional graphic designers can create a
custom ad for your business at a nominal charge. Lake Anna Connections is printed on 70lb., high gloss
stock in color and in a convenient size (5.5"x8.5") to keep handy.
CAMERA READY
Mac format, Photoshop or Illustrator files are acceptable. Include all fonts (screen and printer) and graphics
used in the ad. Graphics must be supplied as EPS, TIFF or PDF files and must be in CMYK mode with all
fonts properly embedded. All graphics must have a resolution greater than or equal to 300 dpi. Hi-Res PDF
files preferred.
BILLING PROCEDURES
Advertisement and design charges are due and payable net thirty days from date of invoice. If payment is not
received within that period a $25 late charge will be assessed monthly until payment is received.
DEADLINES
All artwork and directory information. is due no later than February 15th for the April edition and August 15th
for the October edition.
DESIGN SERVICES
If camera-ready art is not supplied, in-house design services are available and encouraged. Design charges
are $75 for a half or full page ad and $50 for smaller advertisements.
