The north half, legal subdivisions 1 and 8 and the east half of legal subdivision 7 of section 24,
the north half and south west quarter of section 31, all that portion of the south east quarter of the
said section 31 which lies generally to the north of the northerly limit of a surveyed roadway, as
shown upon a plan of survey of record in the Land Titles Office at Edmonton for the North Alberta
Land Registration District as No. 1609 C.L. and all those portions of the north west quarter of the
said section 32 and legal subdivisions 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16 and the north halves of legal
subdivisions 11 and 12 of section 33, covered and not covered by the waters of the said Killarney
Lake.

hectares (2.67 acres), more or less, out of the north east quarter of the said
section 33 required for a surveyed roadway, as shown upon the said plan No.
1609 C.L.

less, out of the north east quarter of the said section 33 required for a surveyed
roadway, as shown upon a plan of survey of record in the said Land Titles Office

less, out of the west half of the said section 31 required for a surveyed roadway,

The north east quarter of section 1, the north east quarter of section 2, the north east quarter and
south west quarter of section 6, section 11, the south east quarter of section 12, the north west
quarter of section 14, the north half and south east quarter of section 23, the west half of section
24, section 25, all those portions of sections 4 and 5 and the south west quarter of section 9
covered and not covered by the waters of the said Killarney Lake and all those portions of the
north half and south east quarter of section 36 covered and not covered by the waters of Reflex
Lakes.

of the north west quarter of the said section 23 required for a surveyed roadway,

subdivisions 2 and 8 of section 2, covered and not covered by the waters of the said Reflex
Lakes.
The lands herein described contain two thousand seven hundred thirty-one and sixty-five
thousandths (2,731.065) hectares (6,748.37 acres), more or less.
