The Kewaunee and Point Beach nuclear reactor power plants, the reactive power requirements for which are governed by existing FERC‐approved Interconnection Agreements, Wind‐powered generating facilities, the reactive power requirements for which are governed by the provisions of Order No. 661‐A of the FERC, and Generating facilities that were in existence at the time of ATCLLC’s inception (1/1/2001), continue to maintain their pre‐existing output level, and were interconnected to either: a). ATCLLC’s transmission facilities, the reactive power requirements for which are governed by existing FERC‐approved Interconnection Agreements and MISO’s First Revised Rate Schedule No. 4 Operating Protocols for Existing Generators, or b). the facilities of an LDC interconnected to ATCLLC’s transmission facilities as the power factor requirements were established at the time of interconnection to the LDC facilities and remain unchanged. ***AECC generation facilities interconnected under the "Power Coordination Interchange and Transmission Service Agreement" between Entergy and AECC dated June 27, 1977, restated October 1, 2001 and precursor agreements continue to maintain the power factor requirements established at the time of interconnection. AECC facilities interconnected under separate Interconnection agreements are: 1.) Oswald Generating Facility, lag 0.95 Lead 0.95 2.) Magnet Cove Generating facility, lag 0.95 lead 0.97. Lag = Generator operating at an over‐excited mode (ie‐ injecting MVAR) Lead = Generator operating at an under‐excited mode (ie‐ absorbing MVAR)
