Read all instructions before assembling and using this product. Failure to follow each
instruction can result in serious injury or death to your baby.
WARNING:
Possible entanglement or strangulation injury. This product
and its straps are not toys. Do not leave child unattended with product or straps at any time.
Keep straps out of child’s reach. Do not attach this product or its straps to a crib or playpen.
The safety harness is only intended for use with this product. Adult assembly required.
WARNING:
Do not use this seat cover as a child restraint in a motor
vehicle. This product will not properly restrain your child in the event of a crash.
KEEP AWAY from fire and strong sources of heat.
Always secure the child into the seat cover with the safety harness, and always secure the
seat cover onto the restaurant highchair or shopping cart as directed. Not following these
instructions can result in serious injury.

Care Instruction for Cart Cover:
Remove safety harness before washing. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Dry flat.
Instructions: Shopping Cart
1. Position the SlimTM, (pattern side
up), over the child seat area of
the shopping cart. Drape the
cover over the entire seat as
shown and note leg hole area
will match up to cart when
positioned correctly.
4. Place baby in seat and secure
safety harness around them and
buckle. Listen for the audible
“click” to ensure buckle has
latched securely.
2. Position the front flap over
the front of the cart and
secure with the corresponding snap fasteners.
3. Feed safety harness around
the back of the shopping
cart and back through the
buttonhole. Pull on belt to
be sure cover is attached to
the cart.
5. To use the smart device pocket,
simply slide your smart device
into the pocket. Secure by closing the top flap.
Instructions: Highchair
1.
Position the Slim,TM (pattern side up), over
the child seat area of the highchair. Drape
the cover over the entire seat as shown and
push down. The cover will naturally fold into
place. Leg hole area will match up to highchair when positioned correctly.
2. To secure cover to highchair,
feed safety harness around the
back of the highchair and back
through buttonhole.
3. Place baby in seat and
secure harness around
them and buckle. Listen
for the audible “click” to
ensure buckle has latched
securely.
Instructions: Playmat
1. Remove the safety harness.
2. Lay the cover flat on floor and
use the leg hole flaps to cover up
the leg hole openings.
Instructions: Storage
You can either fold product as you wish or use the handy pocket.
1. Put your hand in the back
pocket and turn back pocket
completely inside out.
2. Fold the cover into thirds
making the total width the
same as the back pocket.
3. Follow these images to see how

the self-contained pocket.
