Dinner Trips
During the course of the year we run many 3 – 4 hour Dinner excursions, entertaining a maximum of 72
guests.
The format of the evening is as follows:

19h00
22h00
Guests arrive at Rovos Rail Station. Champagne and orange juice and canapés are served
on arrival, with light classical music played by a string duet. One of our steam locomotives
will be parked on the platform, adjoining the station lounge, allowing guests numerous
photographic opportunities.
The locomotive will move off the platform to collect the train and bring it on to the platform.
This is an ideal time for any announcements, speeches or presentations as the lounge will
be quiet.
Depart for a circular tour around Pretoria.
Arrive back at Rovos Rail Station, Capital Park.

10% agents commission
Please note that a staff gratuity is not included in the price. If, after your event, you wish to leave a
gratuity, you may leave it with your train manager or by EFT the following day.
