Please do not turn in individual child / parent forms to the Gift Shop. Keep those for your distribution time.
New Way: Send this Teacher Tally Form in ahead of time and ask for it to be added right onto your invoice.
Old Way: Take this Teacher Tally Form with check, credit card or cash to the Gift Shop at the start of your visit.

As you most of you parents and children know by now we are planning to visit Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo.
Even though our group does not usually enter the Gift Shop during our Zoo visit, we can still purchase these
exclusive souvenir items using this form. These items are not sold separately in the Gift Shop Store. Just fill
out this form and return it to school (or camp) along with your cash only payment. As we are ordering by bulk
we cannot accept any individual student or parent checks. Please do not bring this child / parent form to the
