The Architect was Ellerbe Becket and the job was sold by our Minnesota Brick Division – Tom Deppa Manager. The Architect selected Coppertone – Mountain Shadow – Grand Canyon – Vintage Brown – Ebonite and Welsford Ironspot for this magnificent project. The builder was the Ryan Companies. SHADOW VELOUR VINTAGE BROWN VELOUR EBONITE SATIN GRAND CANYON VELOUR WELSFORD IRONSPOT A rich mixture of salvaged terra cotta cornices and medallions bring an innovative, historic design element to the office and retail project. Part of the building is a Target Store which has a four-story facade with a rich mixture of historical architecture and vibrant masonry colors in the individual storefront design. The store itself is 145,000 square feet on two levels. The 11-story office tower of 455,000 square feet houses offices for Target and Ryan's Minneapolis office which occupies 72,000 square feet on the third floor. The building is linked in all four directions via the Downtown Minneapolis skyway system. An 830-space underground parking garage and 30,000 square feet of retail space are also part of this mixed-use facility.
