we recommend using rootgrowTM when planting all root-balled plants
Take advantage of some great prices this season- Place your order now!
Unlike containerised plants, root-ball (and bare root plants) are only available between November and
March (subject to weather). During this dormant period they can be lifted directly out of the ground to
order and supplied ready to plant. This tradionally seasonal planting method is less expensive than planting
with container stock and so represents a really cost effective way of planting hedging.
For more detailed information about root-ball and bare root hedging plants with guidance on how to plant
and care for them, please ask for a leaflet or go to our website.
Customers are advised to place orders for plants or planting sundries on weekdays between 9am and 5pm
by telephone or email. As soon as your plants arrive from our growers we’ll contact you to arrange delivery
or collection as soon as possible.
We guarantee to supply you with the highest quality plants. It should be noted however that due to the
nature of the production method of these plants, we always advise that customers anticipate a certain
degree of loss after planting. In our experience a 5% failure rate should be considered when purchasing rootball or bare root stock.
All prices correct at time of print. These prices may be subject to change and all offers are subject to
availability, minimum orders and delivery costs.
If you need help choosing your hedging or require a quote for deleivery or planting we are happy
to help.
