REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Chapters sponsoring Delta Academy, Delta GEMS, and/or EMBODI participants are to
be mindful of the following:

Registration fees for each participant and each chaperone are $65.00 due
on or before MARCH 8, 2017. The fee includes lunch, dinner, handouts
and materials. Use a separate form for each chapter. Please honor the
deadline. There will be no on-site registration.
Youth participants must be between the ages of 11-14 or 15-18.
Chaperones from each chapter are expected to remain with the
Academy/GEM/EMBODI participants throughout all activities and to
assist where needed.
Activities are tentatively planned to begin at 8:30am with the group picture
at the State Capital. Registration will be from 7:15-8:15am. Work sessions
will begin at 9:15am and end at 4:00pm. A boxed dinner will be distributed
from 4:15-5:00pm.
