The returned item must be returned with it's original packaging and returned with NO signs of wear and tear. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any refund that is given. For example: The customer purchases an accessory valued at $20 and the customer decides to return the item within 24 hours after the original purchase. Upon returning the item with it's original packaging, and all contents within packaging, iSupply then will inspect and deem as to whether the accessory is in a like-new condition, and is able to be resold. If all applicable requirements are met, the customer will then receive an 80% refund of the original purchase price. In this example, 80% of $20 would be $16. iSupply offers a 30 day exchange policy. The returned item must be returned with it's original packaging and returned with NO signs of wear and tear. There is no restocking fee for exchanges, however, the item being exchanged can only be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value. For example: The customer purchases an accessory valued at $20 and the customer decides to return the item within 30 days after the original purchase. Upon returning the item with it's original packaging, and all contents within packaging, iSupply then will inspect and deem as to whether the accessory is in a like-new condition, and is able to be resold. If all applicable requirements are met, the customer will then be able to exchange the item for another item valued at no more than the item being exchanged. In this example, $20 value or lesser (lesser does not mean able to combine multiple items to equal the $20 value.) Boost Phones: iSupply offers a 7 day return policy. The returned phone must be returned with it's original packaging and returned with NO signs of wear and tear (This means no dings, dents, scratches, cracks, markings, and the like.) The returned phone must also include all origi nal components such as phone charger, phone manual, headphones, and the like. A $25 restocking fee, or half the value of the phone, will be applied to any refund that is given. The restocking fee can equal half the value of the phone, however, it will not be more than $25. If a customer comes back after 7 days of the original purchase date, iSupply cannot and will not issue a refund, under any cir cumstances. Boost Mobile phones come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty, and the customer must deal directly with the manufac turer after 7 days. For example: The customer purchases a $30 Boost Mobile phone and decides to return it within 7 days of the original purchase. Upon returning the phone with it's original packaging, and all contents within packaging, iSupply then will inspect and deem as to whether the phone is in a like-new condition, and is able to be resold. If all applicable requirements are met, the customer will be issued a refund of the phone with the restocking fee applied factored in. In this example. A restocking fee applied to half the value of the phone would be $15. If the phone was sold at $100, then a restocking fee of $25 would be applied. $25 is the maximum restocking fee. Bill Payments: iSupply uses ePay to process all bill payments. Once a payment has been processed, iSupply cannot issue a refund on the bill payment. After processing, the customer must deal directly with the company whom they are through. If the bill payment has not been processed by ePay when a refund is requested, iSupply will issue a refund. Repairs: iSupply will not issue a refund on any repairs done once paid for. If a customer refuses to pay for the repair, the device repaired will be surrendered to iSupply permanently, or until the repair is paid in full. Used Devices: iSupply offers a 24 hour return policy. The returned item must be returned with any packaging provided, and returned with NO further signs of wear and tear than sold with. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any refund that is given. Any components provided with the sale of the used device must also be returned before a refund will be issued. For example: The customer purchases a used device valued at $200 and the customer decides to return the item within 24 hours after the original purchase. Upon returning the used phone with it's provided packaging, and all contents within packaging, iSupply then will inspect and deem as to whether the used phone has no signs of further wear and tear then originally sold with and is able to be resold. If all applicable requirements are met, the customer will then receive an 80% refund of the original purchase price. In this example, 80% of $200 would be $160.
