When you add copies to your library and are not using the “Assign next barcode” feature, you will need to
know what barcode numbers are available. Follow this procedure to find out.
Consecutive barcodes in a range
Go to Back Office, Reports and then select “Barcode Lists” under Copy Barcodes section.

Set up the report using Unused Barcode Numbers and Consecutive barcodes as a range if you
want a grouping of barcodes. Set up the number of barcodes and first barcode number in the
range. OR Set a barcode range. Run the Report.
This will create a report in the Job Manager that will give you barcodes in consecutive order.

Individual barcode numbers in a consecutive range
Go to the same report and put in the criteria as shown in the screenshot above.
Note: You can use either a number of barcodes or a barcode range.
Run the Report.
