WAKEUP NZERS
THE CARPETBAGGERS
HAVE ARRIVED
The ground is being sold out from under your feet & many of you do not even realise it, so it
is time to get up & do something about it NOW, because if you don’t do something about it
now, then it will be too late to do anything about it later, & when you go running to mummy &
start whining, she will only say to you “Well you were told it would happen & you did nothing
about it, so you only have yourselves to blame”.
This is not a race issue, this is an ownership of NZ issue, do NZers own NZ or do foreign
investors & recent arrivals. It is irrelevant which country the foreign investors & recent arrivals
come from, as there is no difference between the British, Asian, Australian, or American, or
whoever else, if they are buying up NZ from under us, then we NZers are all in the same boat
(& it’s a very rocky one). This is our country & it belongs to us, not to
foreign investor carpetbaggers or recent arrivals with bags full of money.
People who come to NZ to reside are very privileged to be able to live here in our beautiful
country & share it with us, but that does not mean that any of them should be able to take
advantage of our easy going good nature to buy our country out from under us, & if they don’t
like that, then they should pack their bags & go back to where they come from, because we
do not want those sort of people here, but the others, they are more than welcome.
Those of you who feel complacent because it does not affect you, well what about your
children & grandchildren, because it certainly will affect them if something is not done about
this situation now.
The Govt. is not interested; in fact John Key said the other day on TV “Foreigners buying the
odd house is not going to make a difference to house prices”. Truthfully is there any politician
doing much about this situation, I would have thought the opposition would be screaming
up a riot about this situation, but no, it seems they are all pretty apathetic about the whole
situation.
I would hope when we NZers realize our life style & heritage is being sold out from under us,
we will take action & do something about it.
TENANTS IN OUR OWN COUNTRY
ISN’T IT ABOUT TIME WE TOOK BACK CONTROL OF OUR OWN COUNTRY
BECAUSE THE POLITIANS ARE DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT (JUST THE OPPOSITE)
We are very rapidly losing possession & control over our own country & way of life, & it is not
just Auckland, as it is creeping down the country.
Attend an auction & you will soon see what is pushing house prices up – rich recent arrivals &
overseas investors [of all races, European & Asian], many of whom are not even in the country.
Overseas investors & rich recent arrivals are buying up our apartments & houses, & not just
one, but two, three, four, & even more, [some up to twenty & more], & now foreign investors
can go on line in their own country & purchase a house in N Z without even leaving home
to see the country, & the Govt. knows this but is doing nothing about it, WHY???
DO THEY HAVE A HIDDEN AGENDA? If Govt. had the will they could stop it in its tracks
within a week or so. You have to question, are they more interested in helping their rich mates
get a hold of our country at the expense of the ordinary kiwi, & in the process destroying our
way of life. The average kiwi is going
to house auctions & bidding, & just
when they think theirs is the final bid,
a wealthy foreign investor or a rich
recent arrival will then offer another
$10,000 - $15.000 on top, how can
the average kiwi compete with that?
These people have done nothing to
contribute to the infrastructure of
our country which has been built up
by generations of kiwis, & yet some
of them are getting a lot more than
their fair share of it. The politicians
are supposed to be our last bastion
against this sort of thing happening,
so thank you Mr Politician, BRAVO!

A GRAND JOB OF LOOKING
AFTER OUR INTERESTS, & now
you want to sell off our national
assets as well, BRAVO! WELL DONE! CONGRATS! you are certainly doing a grand job of
running this country (into the ground).
Why has Govt. not brought in a rule requiring overseas investors to hold residency for 5 or
more years before they can buy residential property, as that would put a big dent in demand
without risking a market collapse, making housing more affordable for those who want to call
this home – those who live & pay taxes here.
THE AUCKLAND UNITARY PLAN
Can you remember anyone asking you if you wanted to live in an over-populated
concrete jungle? This is what is being imposed on us by Auckland Council bureaucracy
& many of the councillors, & without our consent
Do we really want to keep bringing in a multitude of immigrants into our country &
over-populating it? Who asked us, shouldn’t we have some say over the amount of new
immigrants who settle in our country

THE COUNCILLORS & POLITICIANS ARE DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT (JUST THE
OPPOSITE)
The Auckland Unitary plan is going to change the face of Auckland & take away the
kiwi lifestyle as we have known it. No more back yards or sheds to potter around in if
you live in one of the cheaper apartment buildings, no gardens or greenery, no place
to store things you may only use once in a while, no garage, nor will you be able to run
a back yard business as you will have no back yard to run it from. The typical kiwi lifestyle
is being taken away from us in place of concrete buildings, & in some cases with extremely
small apartments that could create slums & crime. Families with children will have to resort
to living in cramped conditions, & the only time they will feel grass beneath their feet is when
they go to a public park.
Rezoning of land will see land values skyrocketing, & kiwis will lose control over their life style,
many will never have the option of owning their own place as they will be lifetime renters.
It would be very surprising if the people that are making these decisions (without even asking
us), will be living in one of those extremely small apartments they are imposing on us, they will
still be living in their very nice houses
or apartments.
Auckland is one of the most beautiful
cities in the world but it will be
destroyed by high density housing &
overpopulation, as we are making the
same mistakes that have occurred in
other large cities in the world.
The wealthy people (many of them
overseas investors) are buying up
real estate in Auckland just waiting to
make huge profits when the Unitary
Plan goes through.
Do we really want to be just another
overpopulated crime-ridden city?
Do we really want to be controlled by the wealthy who already have more than enough to
have good quality lives, & any more wealth they obtain will be at the expense of our own
quality of life? We will end up being servants to the wealthy, many of them not even living in
this country.
If we are going to have high-rise buildings, I very much doubt whether the councillors who
voted for the unitary plan to go through would like those high rise buildings surrounding their
properties, I very much doubt whether they would like to feel the negative effects of their own
decisions, I doubt whether they would like to be blocked out from the sunlight & view, or to have
cigarette butts & litter thrown out of units & landing in their backyards & swimming pools, or to
experience the crime & noise that high rises can cause, & the cockroaches & rats that migrate
to their properties
from
the
high
rises if they are
not
maintained
properly.
Let’s make a stand
on this & not let
them do this to us.

beautiful country
is being ruined
by selfish greedy
people & wants
to do something
about it should

greedy carpetbaggers who have invaded our country (WITH GOVT. CONSENT) should
contact me, anyone who is concerned at the quality of life we are losing because of greedy
selfish self-seeking people [quite a few of them (but not all of them) wealthy NZers] should
contact me.
There are no race qualifications, you do not have to be of Maori or European descent, you
can be of any race, born here or a new immigrant, the only qualification is that you are a
concerned citizen.
If you want to make a race issue out of this situation then don’t bother contacting me because
you are not welcome, & besides there are probably more European carpetbaggers than Asian,
it is just the Asian carpetbaggers are more visible.
In Conclusion
The results of the two events mentioned above, the arrival of the carpetbaggers & the
Auckland Unitary Plan, they are going to have the biggest effect on NZ since the arrival
of the European in NZ in the 1800s, & most NZers are not even aware of this as the
change will take place over a number of years, & by the time they realize it, it will be
too late to stop it.
It will completely change the face of NZ & it will start in Auckland & creep south to the
rest of the country.
* The term “Carpetbaggers” refers to outsiders relocating to exploit locals
It derives from the post- American Civil war period when opportunistic
Northerners flocked to pillage the Southern occupied states.
