T Bhimjyani Realty Private Limited (TBRPL) part of the
Bhimjyani Group Promoted by Mr. Tulsi Bhimjyani. The group
is engaged in real estate development in Mumbai and Thane.
In 1968, Mr. Tulsi Bhimjyani and Mr. Mohan Patel founded the” Neelkanth
Group,. The Group has primarily done development in central suburbs of
Mumbai in Ghatkopar Mulund and Chembur. Few of the group’s prestigious
projects include Neelkanth Tirth , Tulsi bhuvan, Neelkanth Shopping complex,
Neelkanth Tower Neelkanth Greens and Neelkanth Niketan
Neelkanth Group caught the lime light with its mega housing project
“Neelkanth Valley at Ghatkopar having 10 residential buildings having around
900 flats in 1988-1989.
The Group has been associated with reputed business houses like Reliance
Industries, B.E Billimoria & Co, Otis Elevator India Ltd etc. Neelkanth Group
entered into a JV with Reliance Industries to develop ‘Fortune 2000’ in BKC,
Mumbai with Reliance Infocom occupying half of this building. The group is
also the co-owner of prime land in South Mumbai with Reliance Capital.
In 2007, the two promoter families split into Patel group and Bhimjyani
group while continuing to use the “ Neelkanth” brand. Subsequently in 2010,
the two Bhimjyani brothers separated and the entire sale potential of the
project “ Neelkanth Woods” owns to Mr. Tulsi Bhimjyani.

Greater Emphasis is being put on the East-West connectivity
with the widening of Jogeshwari Vikhroli lInk road and laying
down of Santacruz Chembur Link Road
The Bandra Worli sea link has improved connectivity with
suburban areas to the island city. The proposed Trans-harbour
link connecting Sewree to Nhava Sheva Port will greatly
improve Navi Mumbai’s connectivity to the island city
The Metro Line 1 connecting Versova with Ghatkopar is
expected to become operational by end-2013, which will boost
East-west connectivity.
The Mono rail 1 on the Chembur –Wadala-Jacob circle route is
expected to become operational by end-2013, which will
improve connectivity of central and eastern suburbs to the
southern part of the city

kilometer long with a twin carriageway of
four lanes each , connects the eastern
express highway Mumbai – Nasik Highway
and Ghodbunder road in Thane .

METRO RAIL ( KASARWADAVLI – WADALA )
