The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Permitted Parking and Special
Parking Area) (Amendment No.20) Order 201*
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order
under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 53 of and Parts III and IV
of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the Order:
1. To revoke the ‘Disabled Badge Holders Only’ restrictions on the following length of roads
in the Borough of Colchester:
Road
Description
Harsnett Road,
South Side: from a point approximately 22 metres west of its junction
Colchester
with Port Lane to a point approximately 5.5 metres west of that point.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough)
(Permitted Parking and Special Parking Area) Order 2014 by introducing tiles TM000 235
and TM010 237 revision 1 and substituting tile numbers TM005 242, TL990 267, TL990
245, TL990 247, revision 1 to revision 2.
