The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Permitted Parking and Special Parking Area) (Amendment No.20) Order 201* Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 53 of and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the Order: 1. To revoke the ‘Disabled Badge Holders Only’ restrictions on the following length of roads in the Borough of Colchester: Road Description Harsnett Road, South Side: from a point approximately 22 metres west of its junction Colchester with Port Lane to a point approximately 5.5 metres west of that point.
