The Berkeley Hospital will be centrally located at Carnes
Crossroads, where Highway 17A and 176 intersect as part
of a mixed-use planned community being developed by the
Daniel Island Company. This new hospital will address a real

Charlotte-based developer Lincoln Harris has acquired
commercial property within Carnes Crossroads and plans
to develop a shopping center anchored by a 48,756 square
foot Harris Teeter grocery store (the first for this area of
Charleston). The Market at Carnes Crossroads will feature
60,000 square feet of specialty shops and restaurants, 25,000
square feet of office space and multiple outparcel operators.

at Carnes Crossroads and will be handling the leasing.
