In consideration for your Lane Sponsorship, PAMPI is pleased to offer the following benefits: One (1) Premier Exclusive Lane for the evening Eight (8) Complimentary tickets (includes shoe rental for all guests) Mention & hyperlink in (2) email blasts dedicated to the sponsored event One (1) article in PAMPI Blog (issue of your choice) Logo on screen above your bowling lane at event Logo included in rotation on additional screens event Logo recognition on event registration site TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT: This agreement, signed by a duly authorized representative of your company, must be received by Jennie Udell ([email protected]) on or before February 15, 2016 to confirm your Lane Sponsorship, and will constitute a binding contract for the sponsorship amount indicated. Payment can be made by credit card or check. An invoice will be emailed to you separately. There will be no refund in the event of cancellation. PAMPI will, however, attempt to request the transfer of this sponsorship to a similar event and/or initiative other than what was committed to in this agreement. This agreement will become effective upon signature of the Chapter Administrator of Philadelphia Area Chapter Meeting Professionals International. A countersigned copy and invoice will be emailed to you per the contact information you provided above. •
