Iwouldalsolookathisage,becauseoneofthevariablesthereistime.42isan
interestingperiod.Mostpeopleunderage,well,notmost,well,slightlymost,
52%ofpeopleunderage40havenormalmitochondrialfunction.48%ofpeople
haveearly-onsetmitochondrialdysfunction,accordingtoresearchin

So,hejustcrossedover40,andprettymucheveryoneoverage40has

Thereyougo.Whathappenswhenyouhavelectins?Lectinisfoundinbeans,
andlegumes,andgrains,andnuts,andseeds.Itcreatesthisinflammationinside
ofyourbody.Lectinsarejustproteinsthatbindtocarbohydrates.They'rethe
immunedefensesystemforplants.Butwecan'tdigestthem,andwhenyou're
sensitive,they'recreatingsomeinflammatorycascadeinthebody.Youcanbe

IboughtanewMac,andIwouldsitinthisfluorescent-litroom,staringata
super-bright,whitescreen,andby11inthemorning,Ifeltlikesuchazombie,
andIcouldn'tfigureitout.I'dgooutsideforalittlewhile,andI'dletmyeyes
relax.I'dlookattheSun,andI'dgobackin.Itwasdrainingtome.WhatIfigured
out,afteracoupleofyearsofthis,wasthatthenewbrightLEDilluminationin
laptopscreensthatthey'djustaddedtotheMacs,itwasaffectingmybrain.
Theeyeshavemitochondriathatgetsstressed.Anewstudyjustfounda23%
reductioninmitochondrialfunctioninthemacula,afterexposuretothese

essentiallyintolerablesymptomsforalongtime,thinkingnothingofit.Yet,by
makingsomeadjustmentstotheirinternalenvironment,theirexternal

So,onceaweek,youneedtoliftheavystuff,andyouneedtodoitreally

Then,intheBulletproofDiet,andcertainlyinHeadstrongwiththeeating

builtintoourphysiology,aninnateprocessforshakingoffstressandtrauma.
It'scalledneurogenictremoring.Now,ifyouseeawildanimalthathasescaped
beingattacked,whatwillhappenautomaticallyisitwillnaturallyand
involuntarilystartshaking.Then,aboutaminutelater,itwillcontinueitslifeas
thoughnothinghappened.Itbasicallyshakesitoff.Weallhavethatwithinus.
Nowthisprocess,tensionreleasingexercise,youcanlookupthatonthe
internet.There'sloadsofvideosonit.
