Display Different Views of Calendar – Outlook ‘13 Step 1: In Calendar, click the Work Week button. Click here Step 2: Click the Today button in the Go To tab. Click here Step 4 — Click Reset View then Yes in the dialog box that pops up. Click here Then here Step 5 — Click Day to see today’s schedule. Click here Step 6 — Click Daily Task List, then Normal. Tasks will now automatically display at the bottom. Click here Tasks will show here Step 7 — Click Daily Tasks again, but select Minimized this time. Tasks will take up less room and has a small arrow at the end that displays more detail when clicked on. Step 8 — Click on Month to display your schedule for the month. Click here Step 9 — Clicking on Week will show events for the current week. Click here Step 10 — You can move the Calendar forward or back one week by clicking on the small arrow near the header. The right arrow moves it forward and the left moves it back. Click here Step 11 — To see more months in the Navigation panel, hove your mouse on the line between the Navigation panel and the Calendar. When it turns into the slider icon, click and drag the panel to the right and expand it. More months will appear with more space. Hover mouse over here, then drag to right.
