Rules 10 miles Wenduine
1. De Haan Sports Department organizes i.s.m. the Sports Council on Friday, July 28th, 2017 10 miles
from Wenduine, which can participate both men and women. The 10 mile counts official note to be
included in the rankings for the 'Walk Test of the coast in 2017. 10 and 6km respectively a fun run
and a recreational course not forming part of the "Walk Criterion coast in 2017. For the youth is one
miles (born 2007 t.e.m. born 2003) and ½ mile (born from 2008 to 20 ..) organized.
2. They must register via the website sports department Rooster www.dehaansport.be (click through
to 10 miles Wenduine via the slider or list of activities).
3. Medical certificate
There will be an accident at a party only insurance procedures be initiated if the declaration is
accompanied by a certificate of medical fitness. Although each participant must therefore possess
such a certificate, the certificate must be forwarded to the race in the Secretariat.
4. Start the registration on Thursday, June 1st at 9:00 am.
The registration fee is:
• Online (pre-registrations until 25/07 at 23:00)
o Youth: € 4.00
o 10 miles / 10 km / 6 km: € 5.00
• The same day from 17:00 in the Wielingen Center, Graaf Jansdijk 18, 8420 De Haan
(Wenduine)
o Youth: € 8.00
o 10 miles / 10 km / 6 km: € 10.00
• The instructions are listed on the website, must be followed. The amount BE must be
paid to the following account 41 0910 1179 3310 stating full name and 10 miles from
Wenduine 2017. All entries go through the enrollment module 'Star Tracking.
• Students enrolling for July 9, gets a personalized race number!
The registration fee will be refunded in any case to the participants, not even for reasons of
legitimate package.
5. The number of entries is unlimited.
6. Day registrations are possible from 17.00. You must register first in the secretariat Wielingen
Center, Graaf Jansdijk 18, 8420 De Haan (Wenduine) Tel. 050/414643. Each participant who has
previously registered online, should submit his / her personal email confirmation of registration.
Participants who register the day, can only register at the presentation of the passport. At no other
way will be approved tender.
7. Participants who have pre-registered will be able to pick up the race number in sports Haneveld,
Nieuwe Steenweg 74, 8420 De Haan from Monday, July 24th 2017. Please join any non-participation
in the retrieved race track not just pass to someone else. If you want to give your race number by
first notify the organization.
8. Start Hours: De Rotonde -Zeedijk
• Youth: 19.00 (series 1). There are four sets.
• 10 miles: 20:00
• 10km: 20:10
• 6km: 20:10
9. All participants must follow the safety instructions of the organization during the race.
10. EVERY away there is a time registration through Star Tracking.
11. Podium Ceremony for Youth series, 10 miles and 10km (including also for the inhabitants). Not
for 6km.
12. A dressing rooms and showers are provided in the pool of the Wielingen Center, Graaf Jansdijk
18, 8420 De Haan (Wenduine). Nude bathing is prohibited !!!
13. The track of the 10 miles, 10km and 6km is one big round between Wenduine and Vosseslag.
Youth course is located on the roundabout - Seawall.
14. For both men and women at 10 miles, 10km and 6km final ranking is made by means time
registration. A separate classification will be drawn up for residents of De Haan - Wenduine. No
podium ceremony for recreational walking 6km.
15. All participants will receive a kind price.
16. The award ceremony will take place immediately after the game. The end result will be made
known in the sports www.dehaansport.be or via www.startracking.be (broadcast live) via the
website.
17. An insurance is taken out.
18. The Red Cross will be present with a service center.
19. The participants may be affiliated with any international, national or regional federation or
confederation.
