Ladies and Gentlemen:
You are receiving this notice because you may be a party to a rejected contract or lease of
Redden Marine Supply, Inc.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 8, 2016, the King County Superior Court appointed
Turnford Consulting, LLC, as general receiver (the “Receiver”) over the assets of REDDEN MARINE
SUPPLY, INC. (“Redden”). Pursuant to the appointing order, the Receiver has assumed control over
the assets and operations of Redden.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that on August 30, 2016, the King County Superior
Court entered an order rejecting certain contracts and leases of Redden pursuant to RCW 7.60.130. A
copy of the order is attached hereto as Exhibit A. On October 5, 2016, the Court entered an order
rejecting certain contracts associated with Redden’s web business. A copy of that order is attached as
Exhibit B. A complete list of contracts and leases being assumed is attached hereto as Exhibit C. If
you are a party to an executory contract or unexpired lease with Redden, and your contract or lease is
NOT listed in Exhibit C, then the contract or lease to which you are a party has been rejected.
Pursuant to RCW 7.60.130(2), the rejection of your contract or lease is treated as a breach
occurring immediately prior to the Receiver’s appointment. Those who believe they are owed money by
Redden on account of a rejected contract or lease should fill out the attached Proof of Claim Form.
Completing the Proof of Claim Form and returning it to the Receiver does not guarantee payment, but
must be done in order to participate in any distribution of estate assets.
YOU ARE HEREBY FURTHER NOTIFIEDthat in order to receiveany dividend in this
proceedingyoumustfileproofofyourclaimwiththeReceiverwithinthirty(30)daysafter
thedateofthisnotice.
