Schaetti BIO COS is the ultimate eco friendly and sustainable alternative to PE beads for applications in the cosmetic
industry such as peelings, shower gels and cleaning gels. Designed for the use for non irritating scrub and exfoliating
agent, Schaetti BIO powders are based on renewable ressources (sugar cane) and biodegradable (EN 13432, 2000-12).

Micropowders
Schaetti BIO COS show similar performance as conventional PE beads. The micropowders are
available in various particle-sizes in order to closely control the degree of abrasion and scrubbing
desired and thus meet the requirements of every specific formulation.
Schaetti COS are the classical cost effective PE and PA based powders. Used for many years in the cosmetic industry
they are available in different particle-sizes ranging from 0 to 800 my.
All powders are insoluble in water and most of cosmetics emollients as well as resistant to high PH-values and salts.
