Annual Talent Show- Registration Form
We are very excited to announce that the Drop-In
will be hosting another Talent Show!!!!
Interested individuals must fill out this form and send it back to
Kate at the office by March 24th in order to be able to
participate.
*Each person may perform 2 talents of their choice.
*If you are singing, you must provide your own CD on the night of
the Talent Show.
Awards will be provided to all who participate!
