Prior to doing this, take the two wires and pass them through (B) and out the top of the pipe (D). Run the wires
through the Ceiling Plate (E) and then connect the Ceiling Plate (E) to the top of the pipe (D)
Step 3: Connect (A) to center (B) using the unions (C) and tight down.
STEP 4: Connect electrical wires on back of Ceiling Plate (E) to existing power source. Connect your ground wire
to the green grounding screw.

3: Take Pendant Wire (B) and put through center of ceiling canopy (C) where cap (A) was just screwed off.
Step 4: Once you have adjusted the pendant wire (B) to your desired length, Screw back on your Strain Relief
Cap (A) to tighten down and hold the pendant wired (B) in place
Step 5: Connect electrical wires on back of Ceiling canopy (C) to existing power source. Connect your ground
wire to the T-Bar

WOOD PULLEY INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
SKU: 178783633, 257745168 Included: 5” ceiling plate , 4’ of Vintage Twisted Wire, 2x Black Cages.
PLEASE NOTE: We recommend contacting a qualified electrician to carry out the installation.
STEP 1: Remove all items from their packaging and get a qualified electrician.
STEP 2: Lay out items on the ground so that they match the 1 st picture below (next page).
STEP 3: Take the black sockets with vintage twisted wire (A) and weave through middle bar (B) and then repeat
with other socket (A)
STEP 4: Take chain/hanger (D) and hook on to pulley hook (E).
STEP 5: Bring wires together and Weave vintage twisted wire through chain. Prior to running the cord through
the hook and nipple (F), make any adjustments to the cord lengths and chain on how high or low you will
want them to hang when you attach it to the ceiling.
STEP 6: Once you have made your final adjustments to the pulley and cord lengths, any additional cord will be
run through the hook and nipple (F). Unweave the additional cord and straighten the wires as best you can.
(This will allow the wires to pass easier through the hook and nipple)
STEP 7: (Reference Picture 2 on Next Page) Pass the excess straightened vintage wires through the hook and
nipple (F). Once all the excess wire is through, take the hook and nipple (F) and pass through ceiling canopy hole
(G). When the nipple is through the canopy, connect crossbar
to the nipple on the backside of
canopy and spin crossbar down to tighten to ceiling canopy. (See Picture 2 on Next Page)
STEP 8: The entire piece should be in one unit now. This will now be connected to your electrical box. (It is
recommended at this point that an additional person be asked to hold the pulley during the connection to
ceiling box). Remove the two 3” screws from the package. Take one screw and place through hole H (either hole
is fine). This screw should then be connected to your electrical box but only screw in roughly 1”(See Picture 2 on
Next Page). Repeat with second screw and other hole H. This will now hold the entire piece in place and will
leave 2” of space to connect the wiring).
STEP 9: Connect your electrical, test light and then finish screwing 3” screws into place to raise light to ceiling

pulley wheel up through top middle bar (C) (repeat with opposite pulley wire so that they cross through (C)).
STEP 4: Take chain/hanger (D) and hook on to pulley hook (E).
STEP 5: Bring wires together and Weave vintage twisted wire through chain. Prior to running the cord through
the hook and nipple (F), make any adjustments to the cord lengths and chain on how high or low you will
want them to hang when you attach it to the ceiling.
STEP 6: Once you have made your final adjustments to the pulley and cord lengths, any additional cord will be
run through the hook and nipple (F). Unweave the additional cord and straighten the wires as best you can.
(This will allow the wires to pass easier through the hook and nipple)
STEP 7: (Reference Picture 2 on Next Page) Pass the excess straightened vintage wires through the hook and
nipple (F). Once all the excess wire is through, take the hook and nipple (F) and pass through ceiling canopy hole
(G). When the nipple is through the canopy, connect crossbar
to the nipple on the backside of
canopy and spin crossbar down to tighten to ceiling canopy. (See Picture 2 on Next Page)
STEP 8: The entire piece should be in one unit now. This will now be connected to your electrical box. (It is
recommended at this point that an additional person be asked to hold the pulley during the connection to
ceiling box). Remove the two 3” screws from the package. Take one screw and place through hole H (either hole
is fine). This screw should then be connected to your electrical box but only screw in roughly 1”(See Picture 2 on
Next Page). Repeat with second screw and other hole H. This will now hold the entire piece in place and will
leave 2” of space to connect the wiring).
STEP 9: Connect your electrical, test light and then finish screwing 3” screws into place to raise light to ceiling

Once you find your desired heights, lock pendants into place
STEP 4: Connect electrical wires on back of ceiling plate(B) to existing power source. Connect your ground wire
to the either screw on the custom clip to ground the entire fixture.
STEP 5: Use two mounting screws included
to mount Ceiling Plate (B) to your electrical box. (There
are two holes in the Ceiling Plate (B) that line up with the holes in your electrical box)
