our wedding cakes
ordering
All of our cakes are naked - even our
wedding cakes! This means that the side of
your cake will be left unfrosted, so you can
see every delicious layer.
It’s never too early to start thinking about
your wedding cake. Although it’s not
necessary to finalize your order right away,
let us know the date and the approximate
guest count as early as possible.
In the meantime, we’ll hold that date for you,
and you can think about what flavours you
might like to try!
We believe that cakes should look like cakes,
and so we have no desire to build anything
beyond delicious-looking. As such, we do
not use fondant or gum paste on any of our
cakes at all. We suggest topping your cake
with the same flowers used throughout the
rest of your celebration, adding a cake
topper, or leaving it as is.
Our wedding cakes are always beautiful;
never fussy. Their charm comes in the
anticipation of eating them.
payment
We require a $100 deposit upon placing
your order, while the remaining balance can
be paid anytime up until the day of your
wedding.
We’ll confirm everything with you exactly two
weeks before your wedding date, so any
changes you need to make to your order can
be done up until then (which may affect your
remaining balance).
pick up & delivery
Wedding cakes can be picked up from our
shop at 256 Main Street South, Newmarket,
Ontario during business hours.
We can also arrange for delivery in the GTA,
as long your order meets the $100
minimum. The delivery fee will depend on
when & where you need your wedding cake.

If you’re expecting more than 125 guests, but only
want to have one cake on display, we suggest
ordering another single-tier cake to supplement
(and just keeping this cake out of sight).

However, many couples are opting to serve several
small or medium sized cakes, in lieu of one single
large cake. One advantage of doing this is being
able to order a wider variety of cake flavours, as
well as the fact that it makes for some great photos!
Additionally, we can provide a variety of cookies,
bars, and pastries to complement your cake(s).
