Programs and events with an activity code have
limited space; pre-registration is required 48-hours
before each event. Some trips/classes may require
more advanced registration as noted in the
description. Activities are subject to cancellation if
minimum enrollment requirements are not met.
Outdoor activities are subject to cancellation due
to inclement weather, however make-up classes
will be arranged. Registrations can be completed

Each monthly meal will have a creative theme.
Learn basic cooking skills, proper hygiene,
how to follow recipes and clean-up. Drinks will
be provided.

Enjoy this 3-block entertainment, dining, and
shopping promenade. Please wear walking
shoes, bring a sack lunch or bring money to
eat at the food court.

Whale Watching/Ventura

Come see gray whales and other marine
mammals on the 3-hour cruise that takes
you to the waters surrounding the
Channel Islands. Please dress in layers
and wear flat shoes. Bring a camera and binoculars if
possible and a sack lunch. We are not allowed to
dispense medication so if you think you may get
seasick please bring/take medication prior to
boarding the boat.

All activities are closely supervised and staff
is scheduled according to the individual
needs of the program. Participants should
not be dropped off early and must be picked
up promptly. District policy against
transporting participants home is strictly
enforced. The reoccurrence of late
pick-up may be grounds for exclusion from
future participation.
All participants
must be
registered with a
signed waiver
prior to the start
of each event/activity. Individuals not
registered and on the event class list
will be denied participation.
