Each exhibitor must be a member of the Junior Fair, and membership fee is $1.00. This will entitle the member to enter any or all classes of the Junior Fair in which he or she is eligible, and also entitles the member to free admission to the fair three times. Entries should be tagged before arrival at the fair. Tags can be picked up in advance at the fair office. Special rules governing entries, exhibits, etc., are given in detail in that section. Only one entry per exhibitor allowed in each section. All work must be that of the exhibitor (except in the 6 & under section) and not have been previously exhibited at Renfrew Fair. All entries to be in between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. Tuesday, September 8, 2015. Open to members 18 years and under as of The Renfrew Fair dates, noting ages were specified. NOTE: Individuals must exhibit in their appropriate age group and are entitled to exhibit in any higher age group in Junior Fair. All entries must remain in the building until 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 13. A hand drawn poster promoting Renfrew Fair minimum poster size is 8 1/2” x 11” without border and maximum poster size is 11” x 17” without border. Name of fair, district, contact person, owner of poster must be clearly labeled on the back of each entry. The poster will be judged on originality and artistic ability. 4. All entries must have the student’s name, address, telephone number, school affiliation and class entered, printed on the back of the poster. 5.
