This is a Legal notice that I, Anthony Martini am proceeding against the Defendants
“CITY OF COSTA MESA, COSTA MESA POLICE DEPARTMENT, FORMER
CHIEF OF POLICE OF COSTA MESA TOM GAZSI, COSTA MESA COUNTRY
CLUB, MESA VERDE PARTNERS” and other named and unnamed Defendants in
the above case in Courts outside of the United States of America IN ABSENTIA
(ABSENCE).
This Legal Notice is also to inform you, James R. Touchstone, that I, Anthony Martini
am also proceeding personally against you, James R. Touchstone personally and the
entire staff of your Law Firm of Jones & Mayer and the City Mayor of Costa Mesa,
Mayor Stephen Mensinger and all City Counselors including Mayor Pro Tem Jim
Righeimer, Council Member Katrina Foley, Council Member Sandra Genis and Council
Member Gary Monahan from the City of Costa Mesa to Courts outside of the United
States and I will also be seeking an Immediate Arrest Warrant against you,

Mayer and I will also be seeking a Total Travel Ban banning you all from leaving the
United States of America.
Also, I will be seeking a Travel Ban against your families and all employees named and
unnamed from your Law Firm of Jones & Mayer and their families and a travel ban
against all employees from the City Hall of Costa Mesa, all Police Officers from the
Costa Mesa Police Department and all employees from the City of Costa Mesa and all of
their families.
I am attaching a copy of a letter that I faxed out to the Defendant Indira Cameron Banks
which you, James R. Touchstone and your Law Firm of Jones & Mayer who are
criminals and persecutors participated with your massive corruption with Indira
Cameron Banks.
This is the ONLY Legal Notice that the your Law Firm of Jones & Mayer and the City
of Costa Mesa will receive.
If you, James R. Touchstone or any employee or Attorney from the Law Firm of Jones
& Mayer or the Mayor of Costa Mesa, or City Counselors from the City of Costa Mesa
or Employees from Costa Mesa City Hall or Police Officers and employees from the
Costa Mesa Police Department or Former Chief of Police of Costa Mesa, Tom Gazsi or
Employees from Costa Mesa Country Club or employees from the Mesa Verde Partners
ever leave the United States in the extreme very near future, you will all be legally
detained and you will all be tried as WAR CRIMINALS.
FYI, I, Anthony Martini am a Political Candidate for Prime Minister of Canada and now
there is a heavy Legal price to pay for you, James R. Touchstone and your Law Firm of
Jones & Mayer and all City employees from the City of Costa Mesa and Costa Mesa
Police Department that participated in the Massive Cover up in the above case.
James R. Touchstone, you and all Attorneys and Employees from the Law Firm of Jones
& Mayer are all members of a Terrorist Organization known as the FREEMASONS and
INNS OF THE COURT and you will be tried as TERRORISTS and WAR
CRIMINALS.

City of Costa Mesa and I am currently doing a TOTAL RECALL against all Politicians
from the City of Costa Mesa including the Mayor of Costa Mesa.
Make sure that you give this Legal Notice with the attached Legal Notice that I faxed
over to Indira Cameron Banks to the CITY OF COSTA MESA and to all Politicians
from the City of Costa Mesa and all City Employees from the Costa Mesa Police
Department.
Also make sure that you give this Legal Notice to Judge David O. Carter, the Judge that
you, James R. Touchstone and your Law Firm of Jones & Mayer bribed and also to
Judge Frederick Paul Horn, the other Judge that you all bribed.
There will be no further communications.
There is a massive Boycott against Politicians in the STATE OF CALIFORNIA and
against THE CITY OF COSTA MESA.
When I become the Next Prime Minister of Canada I, Anthony Martini will ban all
products from California and ban all Imports from the State of California. I will also
place a TRAVEL BAN against the State of California when I become Prime Minister of
Canada until the United States of America are forced to deliver all that were involved
with my kidnapping and my wife’s kidnapping to Courts outside of the United States of
America.
The City of Costa Mesa will be held liable for its employees’ illegal action of
kidnapping, torture, human rights abuse, illegal confinement against myself Anthony
Martini and against my wife, Annette Martini.
There will be a heavy Legal price for the illegal actions of the Mayor of Costa Mesa and
the Costa Mesa Police Department for their illegal criminal acts and their direct
involvement in our kidnapping.
This will never go away until all City Employees from the City of Costa Mesa that were
directly involved with my and my wife Annette Martini’ kidnapping, our torture, my
physical torture, and being illegally detained are prosecuted in Courts outside of the
United States of America and this does include you, James R. Touchstone and all
Attorneys and Employees from the Law Firm of Jones & Mayer and all mentioned here
named and unnamed Defendants.
