ADDENDUM – VII
Further to Amendment –VI dated 26.3.2015 in the Trade Notice No
APEDA/PPP/Q/2011 dated 26.7.2011 (as amended from time to time ), following
changes are made in the Regulation of Export of Peanut and Peanut Products through
Control of Aflatoxins:
1.
The Certificate of Export (COE) will now be issued with a validity of 45 days
(instead of 30 days ) from the date of issue.
2.
Effective 17th July, 2015 , the Certificate of Export (COE) is being issued with
digital signatures. Hence hard copies will now not be required to be posted to the
applicants by APEDA.
