event can be an overwhelming task, so we
are pleased to assist you in any way possible.
About Our Service
Our experienced and knowledgeable
catering staff is quick and organized. Once
we arrive at your location, our crew will be
ready to serve. We are a proud member of
NBBQ Association.
for catering or To Book An Event
at Big Bib Too Event Center
All the Big Bib needs is the date, serving time,
location, and an estimated number of guests.
We can then send out a contract detailing
your event. Return the signed contract with a
50% deposit and your event is booked. One
week before the event you can call us with
your final count and we will adjust the final
balance, which is due upon completion of
our services. Deposits are non-refundable.

We smoke our BBQ fresh everyday for up to 16
hours over aged oak and mesquite woods. This
time-consuming process may give the meat a
pink tinge called a “smoke ring” and is a prized
attribute in many barbecue meats. In beef the ring
is a reddish-pink and in pork, chicken and turkey
it is bright pink. It also means we can only prepare
limited quantities of our products each day.
