LIFT ROOF POLES
BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
• Before camping, unpack tent and ensure all parts are accounted for.
• Select a level site clear of rocks, branches, and other hard or sharp objects
to setup your tent.
• Always secure the tent using all stakes and tie-downs provided to prevent
property damage or personal injury.
• Keep tent clear of power lines!
Remove all contents from bag.
Unfold the (8) leg poles from pod shape.
Unfold (4) corner poles again at joints, to
lay tent flat. Center will still stand up.
Grab (6) center poles and pull straight
out to create tent’s cabin shape (leg
poles will angle at joints to partially
stand up).

TAKE DOWN INSTRUCTIONS

Remove all stakes from tie-downs and tent and store in provided bag.

Remove awning pole from rainfly. Detach pole sections and store in pole bag.

Detach rainfly and room dividers from tent, and set aside.

Push orange button on each pole to unlock, then retract poles.

Gently push down on corner joints so tent lays flat (if they don’t fall naturally).

Fold the four poles in half at the corner joints, so the ends meet in the center.

Gather poles and tent fabric into the center to form a pod. Lay pod down and
roll tent to remove excess air. Store in carry bag with rainfly, fly pole, and stakes.

• Are replacement parts available? Yes, just call Customer Service at 1-888-774-5840 for
replacement parts. See next page.
• Is the tent freestanding? Are the stakes required? Yes, this tent is freestanding. The stakes
should always be used to secure it to the ground.
• How many people does this tent sleep? This tent is designed for 12 people in sleeping bags
on the ground. Six people would fit comfortably using air mattresses, and would leave room for gear.
• How do I clean my tent? Clean the tent with a soft sponge, a mild soap and tepid water. Be sure
to scrub gently and remove all soap. Let dry in sunlight, which also naturally cleans the tent.
• Where does the hanging organizer go? It hangs inside of the tent on the wall. There are four
loops onto which the organizer attaches.
• Help! The center of my tent won’t stand up. You may have a broken corner joint. Check all
eight of the joints (under the fabric sleeves) and call Customer Service if you need a replacement.
• Help! The poles are not staying extended. Check that all eight poles are locked in place by
looking to see if the orange buttons are popped out. Extend the leg pole farther if the button is
unlocked. It should then “click” into place.
• What air conditioning unit should I use? The A/C vent was designed for use with any standard
window unit. You do not need to use a specific brand or model air conditioner. We recommend
using a secure stand under the unit to line it up with the vent and provide proper circulation.

Bohemian Travel Gear Limited warrants for a period of 12
months from the original date of purchase, this product
against any defects in materials or workmanship. At
its discretion, Bohemian Travel Gear may provide
replacement parts to original purchaser. Original receipt
or proof of purchase as well as proof of defect is
required. Bohemian Travel Gear will not be responsible
for shipping costs incurred outside the continental USA.
Warranty is valid for the original purchaser 12 months
from the date of purchase and is not transferable. This
Warranty Does Not Cover any product purchased
through non authorized dealers and/or online auction
sites. This 12 Month Limited Warranty does NOT cover
normal wear and tear, abuse or misuse of this product
including damage from inclement weather conditions,

any fabric to fade and deteriorate and is NOT covered
by this 12 Month Limited Warranty. All replacement
products or parts will assume the remaining warranty

FIRE-PROOF. The fabric will burn if left in continuous contact
with any flame source. The application of any foreign substance
to the product fabric may render the flame-resistant properties
ineffective.
DO NOT use fuel burning devices inside or near tent materials.
DO NOT permit children to light matches, operate burning
appliances, or handle any flame sources in or near the tent

kind in or near the tent.
• Do not refuel lanterns, stoves or heaters inside tent.
IMPORTANT: THE ORIGINAL FIRE RETARDANT AND WATER
REPELLENT PROTECTIVE COATINGS MAY BE COMPROMISED
IF SPRAYS OR OTHER CHEMICAL TREATMENTS ARE USED

IT IS HIGHLY WATER-REPELLENT; HOWEVER IT IS NOT
WATERPROOF. ALL TENTS CAN EXPERIENCE SEAM
LEAKAGE DURING WET WEATHER. IF YOU WANT ADDITIONAL
MOISTURE PROTECTION TRY A SEAM SEALING COMPOUND
ONLY; STRICTLY FOLLOWING THE MANUFACTURER’S
DIRECTIONS. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU SEAL THE
TENT DURING THE INITIAL SETUP AS WELL AS PRIOR TO
