How To Use The Shields
The Shields are easily inserted into
the fitting normally used for the
standard return fitting. Once inserted,
the ports are semi-sealed so as to
prevent contamination of the interior
from any outside source. Once the
pool is filled with water, the Shields are
removed by the following simple steps:
Ÿ Insert small screwdriver between the
inner and outer parts of the Shield.
Ÿ Pry sideways slightly until the inner
part pops out.
Ÿ If necessary, uncover the rim of the
outer cup with screwdriver.
Ÿ Insert screwdriver along outer edge of
outer cup and pry sideways slightly
until cup is deformed enough to slip
free.
