Get Ready to Get Crazy!
1 Infinite: Chest & Back
Get Strong. Burn goo. We will target your chest and back
using resistance band & body weight exercises. At the
same time you will burn a ton of calories and tone your
core as we do plenty of cardio/core moves as well.
3 Infinite: Legs
Your legs have some of the largest muscle groups in the
body. It is probably the most important muscle group to
work and at the same time is often the most neglected.
This workout will improve your balance, sculpt your legs,
and make you better at all types of fitness.
5 Infinite: Strength Circuit
Welcome to the jungle. 12 different stations and 24
intense rounds of action. Many stations will challenge
multiple or specific muscle groups. While other stations
will challenge your cardio endurance and agility. This is
where "total calories burned" records will be broken.
7 Infinite: Reset
A fantastic combination of Cardio, Yoga, Stretching,
Balance, Core strength, & Mobility movements that helps
to improve your athletic ability and overall health. Oh ya
and you will burn a ton of calories too! This is a BONUS
class & is vital to maximizing your boot camp results! Led
by Keybeck Song. Saturdays at 10:30 AM.
2 Infinite: Arms & Shoulders
Time to tone those arms & shoulders! Once again we will
be using a variety of multiple set resistance band & body
weight exercises. At the same time you will burn a ton of
calories and tone your core as we do plenty of
cardio/core moves as well.
4 Infinite: Total Body
Put it all together. This workout we will work every major
muscle group: Chest, Back, Arms, Shoulders & Legs with
challenging 15 rep circuits. At the same time, we will
mix in cardio & core moves to maximize results in your
entire body.
6 Infinite: Cardio-Core Burner
No resistance training here. Just hard work! Just as the
name implies, this workout is intended to get your heart
racing with cardio while shredding your midsection with
core moves. 24 total moves plus a BONUS Burn out
move!
8 iWod
Infinite "Workout of the Day". iWod's are meant to be
performed just about anywhere with little to no
equipment. Campers & even non-Campers are
encouraged to get together outside of camp and perform
iWod's together! Each iWod is designed to coincide with
