1. Scope
This report shows a database of 330 pesticides by using liquid
chromatography high resolution mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS).
2. Analytical Conditions for the LCHRMS
Settings for liquid chromatography:
- Mobile phase:
• A: 0.1% formic acid and 5% MilliQ water in acetonitrile
• B: 0.1% formic acid in water (pH 3.5)
- Injection volume: 10 µL
- Flow: 0.6 mL/min.
- Column: XDB-C18 analytical column of 4.6 mm × 50 mm and
1.8 µm particle size.
- Elution gradient:
