Human Gingiva Fibroblasts
RC-124
The fibroblasts were isolated from fresh
Gingiva tissues with informed written consent
of the patient. They can be propagated at
least ten times until senescence.
The RC-124 is a cell line which was established
from bystander non-tumor tissue of a patient
suffering from kidney carcinoma.

gDNA
The genomic DNA of cell lines is isolated by
cell lysis followed by the addition of
Proteinase K and RNase A and purification on
columns. The conditions have been chosen to
allow for PCR or other enzymatic reactions in
the downstream process. The fragment
length of the purified DNA is up to 50kb.
Quality control is determined by measuring
the absorption at 260 and 280nm and
restriction digest.

Whole cell lysates
Whole cell lysates are manufactured from in-house cells and cell
lines

Whole cell lysates from six Human Breast Cancer cell lines were
loaded onto a gel and the proteins were separated by
electrophoresis. Immediately following the blotting procedure,
the p53 protein was detected using a p53 antibody.
Detection: Chemiluminescence
Using the cell lysates manufactured from the cell lines of the CLS cell bank, a variety of Western
Blots have been produced and intrinsically tested. They may be ordered as premade Western blots
thus saving your precious time for other urgent tasks.

Short Instructions:
Each blot comes ready-to-use in a tray
Prepare the appropriate dilution of the antibody of your choice and pour it onto the blot.
Incubate according to the recommendations of the antibody supplier.
Rinse the blot three times with your buffer.
Add the detection reagent.
Rinse and evaluate the result.
