1. Enter your 3CX server’s ip in the web browser, then input username and password,
When you logining in, click the “Extension” label, then “Add Extension”:
2. Edit the “Extension Number”, “ID” and “Password”, input the following configurations, add
one extension 900 with the same password “123456”, then click “OK”.
3. Let’s add the fxo gateway in 3CX server, chose “PSTN devices”, then “Add PSTN Gateway”.
Chose “Brand” to “Generic”, input a name for this, click “Next”.
4. Input the gateway’s IP in “Gateway Hostname or IP”, “number of ports” means how many fxo
ports do you have, “Type” chose “Analog”, then click “Next”.
5. Now change the “Authentication Password” to “123456”, select the “Inbound Route Day”
and “Inbound Route Night” for extension “900”, when you call in with this gateway the
extension 900 will ring. (remember the Authentication ID, it will be used in gateway’s
configuration)
6. Add a number prefix in “Calls to numbers starting with(prefix)”, it mean when you call out
with this fxo gateway, you need to add a prefix with your called number, then click “Finish”.
7. We need to finish the last step on 3CX, chose “PSTN devices”, select the gateway you just
created, then click “Edit Gateway”
Chose the “Inbound Parameters” option, then add a custom Field “Contact : Host Part”, the
“customer Value” is your fxo gateway’s IP .
8. Now we have finished the configuration of the elastix, let’s config the DAG1000, first enter
the IP address of the DAG1000 in the browser, the default username and password is the
same: “admin”.
9. Chose the “SIP config” option under the “System Parameter”, then modify like below:
Then click the “save” option to save this page.
10. Chose the “Port Config” option to config the fxo port, I just have one analog pstn line which
insert to the port0, so the configuration should like this:

Offhook Auto-Dial is “s”, it
means the DAG1000 will
send the number “s” to
3CX when the fxo receive
the incoming call.
11. Chose the “Service Config” option to modify the last step:
Then save the webpage.
12. The last step is to restart the DAG1000, chose the “Restart” option under “Tools”, click the
Restart.
Wait just one minute. Then test it following those two step:
i.
Use the sip phone which register extension 900 with 3CX to call out, the number you
dial must add a prefix “9”.
ii.
Use your cell phone to call the PSTN line which you are connecting to gateway, if the
extension 900 can ring and show the incoming number, the test is successful.
