Passport to the Future 2017
The Dales School have been running our Passport to the Future day for over twelve
years now to help young people with special needs and their families find the best
possible routes into further education and career opportunities
when they leave school.
39 organisations specialising in learning and employment
opportunities for young people attended this year’s event on
11th March.
Hosted by The Dales School, the event was organised by specialist careers advisor
Bev Dawson and attracted dozens of students, families, carers and professionals
from all over the North-East, Northumberland, Cumbria and East and North
Yorkshire.
Some of the comments received about this year’s event are below:
