Delivering Southwark’s lip with our partners
Due to the dramatic nature of transport services
improvements cannot be made on the borough
level alone. Southwark maintains involvement in a
number of key partnerships, which allow us to work
within a regional context and provide the
opportunity to share knowledge and pool resources
to achieve the best outcome.
Southwark values our partners and seeks to
continue to work closely with them to promote and
progress transport improvements within the
borough and beyond. We recognise the vital role
that many of these partnerships play in the development and implementation of a variety of
initiatives within the borough.
The joint proposals put forward by our partnerships including Central London Partnership, Cross
River Partnership, London Cycle Network +, London Bus Priority Network, Seltrans and Lept
through the various lead boroughs are complementary and additional to the other works contained
within Southwark’s own submission.
