Schedule 40 – West to East SCP
Service
• Available to all Non-Bypass Shippers on either a Rate
Schedule 22A, 23, or 25 in the Inland, Lower Mainland
and Columbia Service Areas.
• This service provides transportation in a West to East
direction through the Fortis BC system by utilizing the
Southern Crossing Pipeline.

Imbalance:
• On a day where receipt on Spectra at Savona is less than the delivery at EKE to TCPL, then
Fortis BC will replace the quantity with an equal quantity of gas and charge the Shipper as set
out in the Table of Charges. See Schedule 40, Section 5.6.
• On a day where receipt on Spectra at Savona is greater than the delivery at EKE to TCPL,
then Fortis BC will purchase from the Shipper an equal quantity of gas and charge the Shipper
as set out in the Table of Charges. See Schedule 40, Section 5.6.
