WHEREAS the Corporation of the City of Trail did on 1st day of
November 1916 pass Bylaw No 148,being the "Bylaw for the disposal
of part of Binns Street 1915,deolaring to ho stopped up that part
of Binns Street more particularly described in section One(1) of
said Bylaw for the purpose of diverting and straightening said Street:
AND WHEREAS for the aforementioned purpose the said Corporation
desire to convey to one Frederick Walker the aforesaid portion of
Binns Street so stopped up in exohange for contiguous lands particularly described in section 2 (Two) of said Bylkw:

Binns Street 1915" be approved;that the Crown waive any and all its
right,title and interest in the lands so stopped up;and that the
said Corporation of the City of Trail be authorized to convey to
the said Frederick Walker the portion of Binns Street so stopped up:
AND TO FURTHER RECOMMEND that certified copies of this Minute
if epproved,be sent to the District Registrar of Titles,Neleon,and
