2015 Cotter Basketball Tournament Rules
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BASKETBALLS
BE AWARE OF YOUR COURT – WE WILL START AHEAD OF SCHEDULE IF POSSIBLE.
Admission –
$6 - Adult
$2 - Students up to 18 years old
FREE – Children 5 and younger
ON THE MAP:
Cotter 1 & Cotter 2 are at Cotter High School, 360 Vila St, Winona, MN 55987 (Top of the map)
WSU is at Winona State University’s Talbot Gym which is up the hallway from McCown Gym
(Please use 8th St or Main St doors)
Except:
3 – 60 second Timeouts per Game
20 minute halves, running time
Stopped time last 30 seconds of 1st half & last 2 minutes of 2nd half
First overtime – 2 minutes stopped time; 1 x 60 second timeout per team for the overtime
Second overtime – sudden death; No timeouts
Halftime is 3 minutes long
Warm-up is 5 minutes
