LuminaMist™
Designed to satisfy the usually competing
needs of privacy and natural illumination,
LuminaMist is perfect for screening and
decorative applications in a wide variety
of commercial and domestic settings.

LuminaMist is a hard-wearing, low maintenance
laminate comprising two sheets of clear glass
bonded together with either a translucent or
translucent grey interlayer.

LuminaMist™ redefines the
concept of private space.
Sufficiently opaque to obscure
visibility, yet translucent enough
to enable high levels of natural
light transmission, it creates
sophisticated screening solutions
that separate without isolating.
The two available options –
Translucent and Translucent
Grey – offer differing levels of
visual obscurity and illumination.
LuminaMist™ Translucent has a
light transmission of 68% and
Translucent Grey a light
transmission of 32%.
LuminaMist™ offers improved
levels of noise reduction
compared to ordinary glass.

The translucent PVB interlayer
blocks out 99% of unwanted
UV light – protecting furniture
from fading. As its interlayer is
shielded from touch, LuminaMist™
is also far less susceptible to finger
marks, making it easier to maintain.
What may surprise, however,
is that LuminaMist™ is an in
demand solution for roof lighting,
as it transforms even the harshest
midday sunlight into a source
of gentle, even illumination.
You can also write on LuminaMist™,
just as you would a wipeable
whiteboard, and even use it as
projection screen. Add to that
its privacy and maintenance
benefits, and LuminaMist™ may
just be the best, most versatile
office partitioning available.

Strong, safe
and durable.
LuminaMist™ is a laminated Grade
A Safety Glass. Stronger and more
durable than comparable single
glazing, it can be used with
absolute confidence in a wide
range of internal and external
applications. In the event of
breakage, fragments adhere
to the PVB interlayer and are
retained in place, making it ideally
suited to high traffic retail and
commercial environments.
