Lifeline Assistance Plan-offers a discounted monthly rate for one telephone line per
household at the principal place of residence. Proof of income eligibility will be
required. Link up Tennessee -For Tennesseans who cannot afford the entire one-time
installation and connection charges to have a telephone. Social worker and/or
caseworker must make arrangements for the client. Income must be verified.
