Dynamics Gymnastics Rules and Policies
Make-up Policy
Dynamics Gymnastics will allow each gymnast one make-up class per session. Make-ups must be
completed before the end of the current running session. If you will be absent, please call the gym.
All make-up classes must be arranged in advance. No walk-in make-ups will be allowed.
If Dynamics Gymnastics should close the gym for a holiday or special event, an additional make-up
class may be offered to those students affected by the closure. We will notify you of any such
closures in advance.
If you miss class due to an injury or serious illness and will be absent for an extended period of
time, please notify our office staff immediately.
Payment Policy
Tuition is due by the first day of the session. Gymnasts will not be allowed to participate if tuition
is owed. It is the responsibility of the family to schedule a make-up date due to a missed class.
Tuition is due each and every session and is based upon reserving your spot in class not by your
attendance. Dynamics Gymnastics does not refund or adjust fees for missed classes. If you will be
away from the gym for an extended period of time due to extreme circumstances, please contact our
office staff to make arrangements immediately.
Family Discounts apply to the lesser fee for enrolled children of the same family. 10% discount applies

to the 2 child, 20% discount for 3 or more children. Ask for details from office staff.
For new students joining a class once a session has begun, tuition fees will be prorated to reflect
the number of classes that remain in the session.
What to Wear
Girls should wear a leotard or soft shorts and a t-shirt. Boys should wear soft shorts and a t-shirt.
All children should be barefoot during class. For the safety of your child and their instructor, please
no zippers, buttons or snaps on your child’s clothing.
Hair must be pulled back and away from your child’s face in a ponytail or pigtails.
Absolutely NO GUM or JEWELRY will be allowed during class.
Valuables
DGC is not responsible for any items left behind, lost or stolen. Any personal items or valuables
should not be brought to the gym.

Spectators and Parents
A viewing area has been provided for parents and guests to respectfully watch their child in class.
Only paid students are allowed in the gym during their scheduled class.
Classes begin and end promptly on time. For the safety of your child, we do not allow students to be
dropped off or picked up outside the gym. Parents must bring their child in to the gym and pick them
up in person each day. Please let us know if your driving routine changes or if another person will be
responsible for your child one day. All children must be picked up at the end of class and cannot wait
alone, without adult supervision, for a sibling or friend to finish class. DGC does not provide staff to
watch unattended children at the gym.
Waiver and Release
The purpose of providing a copy of this Registration Form Waiver is to ensure you are
aware of the information and have a copy to retain for yourself.
In consideration of Dynamics Gymnastics Center accepting my child into training in gymnastics, which
activity I hereby acknowledge involved a greater than normal risk of injury, I agree as my child’s parent
or guardian to assume all risks, costs, or losses sustained by me, my child, or my child’s family in
connection with participation in gymnastics classes, meets or other activities including “overnights”,
“parents night out”, “open gym”, “field trips”, “private lessons” or “clinics” to name a few.
WARNING: catastrophic injury, paralysis or death can result from improper conduct of this activity.
I give my permission to Dynamics Gymnastics Center or appropriate medical facility to make
whatever emergency (first aid, disaster evacuation, etc.) measure as judged necessary for the care
and protection of my child while under the supervision of Dynamics Gymnastics Center.
In case of medical emergency, I understand that my child will be transported to the nearest “OR”
preferred hospital: _________________________________ by the local emergency resource if
rescue squad deems necessary. I understand that I will be responsible for all medical and
emergency costs including transportation expenses.
Further, I hereby release and agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Dynamics Gymnastics
Center employees, owners, or volunteers from any claims, losses or expenses incurred or on behalf
of me, my child or my child’s family.
Registration Procedures
Non-refundable registration fee: $ 35.00 per family. Registration fee waived for Summer Session.
Please complete a registration form and return it with registration fee and full tuition payment.

Dynamics offers continuous enrollment pro-rated wherever class space is available.
We reserve the right to cancel, combine or re-schedule any classes or programs due to lack
of enrollment or substitute a teacher as necessary.
You may register in person or by mail
If you are not 100% satisfied within the first 2 weeks of a session, we will gladly refund unused
portion of your tuition less a $ 5.00 processing fee. No refunds will be given after that date.
$ 25 fee will be incurred to all checks returned to DGC for non-payment.
