Student has begun seeing how the skill-related components of fitness connect to each other as well as their relationship to different activities. Student is able to analyze the various components within a specific activity as well as how those movements relate to other activities. 2.5 No major errors or omissions regarding 2.0 content and partial knowledge of the 3.0 content 2.0 Student is able to define all skill-related components of fitness but does not yet identify relationships between them. 1.5 Student exhibits partial understanding of the skill-related components of fitness. Student is able to define most, but not all of the skill-related components of fitness. 1.0 Student has an incomplete understanding of the skill-related components of fitness. 0.5 Student exhibits very limited understanding of the Skill-Related Components of Fitness. Student has a difficult time recognizing the skill-related components of fitness. 0.0 Student exhibits no understanding of the Skill-Related Components of Fitness
