Day 1: Saturday, June 3
• Depart for Roanoke Rapids, NC, with lunch on your own and rest stop en route
• Check-in to the Hampton Inn & Suites, with dinner at a local restaurant
Day 2: Sunday, June 4
• Breakfast at the hotel each morning
• Travel to Manteo, NC, for lunch on your own
• Depart for Corolla, NC, for a guided wild horses sightseeing tour
• Guided tour of the historic hunting club, The Whalehead Mansion
• Check-in to the Hampton Inn & Suites Outer Banks Corolla, NC, a charming beach-front
property
Day 3: Monday, June 5
• Sightseeing day with a local guide, including stops at Bodie Island Lighthouse, Cape
Hatteras, with a photo stop at the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and a Docent tour of The
Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum, with lunch on your own
• Tour concludes, evening at your leisure with dinner on your own
Day 4: Tuesday, June 6
• Sightseeing day with a local guide, including visits to The Wright Brothers Flight
Memorial, Elizabeth Gardens, Roanoke Island National Park, dinner with the cast of The
Lost Colony Theater and an evening production of The Lost Colony

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT AGREEMENT: $200.00 deposit per person with reservation. Final balance is due 45 days prior
to departure.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND AGREEMENT: Cancellations received inside 45 days of departure will be refunded less
the cost of any non-recoverable charges.
TRIP CANCELLATION/INTERRUPTION INSURANCE: Is not required, but is encouraged and available to purchase at an
additional charge. Contact the Covered Wagon Tours office if you have questions or wish to purchase insurance.
