Tourisoft Sàrl grants to the Client a non-exclusive licence for Hotel-Spider and/or supplementary Products according to the terms and
conditions of the present Agreement as well as the General Terms and Conditions for the use of the Channel Manager Hotel-Spider
that are an integral part of the Agreement and are attached to it.

1. HOTEL-SPIDER
1.1.
License fee for the use of Hotel-Spider
The monthly license fee is € 55, -- if the property has 25 rooms or less.
The monthly license fee is € 75, -- if the property has between 26 and 50 rooms.
The monthly license fee is € 105, -- if the property has between 51 and 100 rooms.
The monthly license fee is € 155, -- if the property has between 101 and 200 rooms.
The monthly license fee is € 205, -- if the property has between 201 and 500 rooms.
The monthly license fee is € 255, -- if the property has more than 500 rooms
There is no upper limit to the number of reservation portals that can be connected.
Multiple connections to a reservation portal (per connection) € 5, -- per month
The maximum number of sellable products (room types * rate plans) is 100.
Double authentication compulsory for PCI/DSS (credit card companies security standard)
Notification with Google Authenticator (free of charge)
Notification with SMS (€ 0,17 per authentication)
2. SUPPLEMENTARY PRODUCTS
2.1.
PMS / XML connectivity
The monthly fee for the connection of a third party system to Hotel-Spider is € 30, --.

Booking Engine Spider-Booking
(for the property website, Smartphones and Facebook)
The monthly license fee is € 60, --.
For the connection to Facebook an additional monthly fee of € 30, -- will be invoiced.

The present agreement has a duration of 1 (one) year. The contract shall be extended tacitly with a period of the same duration, except
if one of the Parties terminates the contract by registered letter addressed to the other Party at least 3 (three) months before the end of
the period concerned. The first thirty days of use, following the date the present agreement becomes effective, are free of charge.
The present agreement can be cancelled without prior notification during the first three months, following the date the present
agreement becomes effective. In this case, the procedure as mentioned in article 8.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of the
Channel Manager Hotel-Spider apply. All amounts mentioned above will be invoiced by Tourisoft Sàrl and are without VAT.
The above mentioned company guarantees two nights free of charge per year in a standard double room of his property for the
exclusive use by Tourisoft Sàrl employees and their partners. These rooms will be booked in advance. In no case will these rooms be
booked during the high season or fair periods.

Tourisoft Sàrl expressly draws the attention of the Client to the fact that the General Terms and Conditions of the Channel Manager
Hotel-Spider contain specific clauses that are marked in upper case and bold. These General Terms and Conditions are available on
http://www.hotel-spider.com/2007/terms.php. With his signature and by checking the box below, the Client confirms having received a copy
of these General Terms and Conditions for the use of the Channel Manager Hotel-Spider that are an integral part of the present
Agreement , to have taken notice of the GT&C as well as the specific clauses and to understand and accept them. .
