Description
FS Spectra Lube Gray is a lithium complex grease fortified with Molybdenum Disulfide to provide protection
against seizure under high loads and severe shock load conditions. It is smooth in texture and formulated with a
special additive package which insures high film strength.
The new moly additive technology meets the most stringent requirements in the industry. Using the highest
quality base stocks available, and additizing with rust and oxidation inhibitors as well as extreme pressure
additives provide the security our customers demand from FS products.
Applications
FS Spectra Lube Gray is a heavy duty product designed for construction and mining equipment with heavy shock
load applications. It is ideal for truck fleets as well; mainly for fifth wheel applications where the extra protection
provided by moly is required. It can also be used on the farm for applications where moly is requested.
Traditionally, moly has been requested for increased grease intervals. However, some heavy duty equipment
manufacturers are requiring a 3% minimum percentage of moly in their grease applications, FS Spectra Lube Gray
utilizes 3% moly.
FS Spectra Lube Gray is available in NLGI Grade 2 and meets the GC-LB classification for automotive chassis and
wheel bearings. It is available in 400-pound drums, 120-pound kegs, 35-pound pails and 14 ounce tubes.

FS Spectra Lube Green is a new high technology,
calcium sulfonate thickened grease made with a
heavy base oil. This combination gives it
exceptional mechanical stability, very high load
carrying ability, excellent resistance to water,
oxidation and corrosion, and outstanding
performance in a wide range of temperature
applications.
FS Spectra Lube Blue is a premium polyurea
thickened lubricating grease made with a high
quality base oil and selected additives. It has a
distinctive blue color making it easy to identify.
FS Spectra Lube Red is a high quality lithium
complex lubricating grease for use in extreme
pressure and high temperature operating
conditions. It is smooth textured with a tacky
consistency and features a deep red color.
While high temperature performance is
outstanding, it has also shown excellent
pumpability and dispensing properties making it
suitable for low temperature applications. It
contains no heavy metals or other harmful or
environmentally undesirable additives, such as
sulfur, phosphorus, chlorine, zinc, phenols,
antimony, barium or lead.
Applications
FS Spectra Lube Green is formulated to meet the
requirements of a variety of applications. It
performs particularly well in the mining, farming,
and construction industries where conditions are
severe and performance of grease is critical to the
operation.
Specific applications include farm and earth moving
equipment, bucket pins, fifth wheels, king pins,
anti-friction bearings, steel mill roller bearings, and
automotive chassis and wheel bearings. FS Spectra
Lube Green is also excellent for use in open or
marine type applications where water washout and
corrosion are of primary concern.
FS Spectra Lube Green is available in NLGI Grade 2
and carries NLGI's highest automotive chassis and
wheel bearing lubricant classification, GC-LB. It is
available in 450-pound drums, 140-pound kegs,
40-pound pails and 16 ounce tubes.
The new generation polyurea formula boasts a high
dropping point in excess of 500˚F. It exhibits
superior shear stability, corrosion resistance, load
carrying ability (60 lb. Timken OK load).
Pumpability is outstanding. It works well in
centralized lube systems even in cold temperatures.
It easily passed the Trabon Centralized Lube System
Test.
Applications
FS Spectra Lube Blue is an excellent multi-purpose
performer. In high speed bearing applications, it has
been proven to last longer requiring less frequent
relubrication. Superior pumpability makes it
particularly well suited to machinery with
centralized lube systems.
Specific applications include electric motors,
automotive chassis points and wheel bearings, high
speed bearings, ball bearings, roller bearings, farm
implements, construction machinery, etc.
FS Spectra Lube Blue is available in NLGI Grade 2
and carries NLGI's highest automotive chassis and
wheel bearing lubricant classification, GC-LB. It is
available in 400-pound drums, 120-pound kegs,
35-pound pails and 14.5 ounce tubes.
Additives to inhibit rust and corrosion improve
bearing life while extreme pressure agents improve
load carrying ability. The grease is mechanically and
thermally stable and resists water washout.
Tackifiers enable the product to better cling to
metal surfaces. It has a high dropping point in
excess of 500˚F. It exhibits superior corrosion
resistance, load carrying ability (60lb. Timken ok
load) and compatability with other greases.
Applications
FS Spectra Lube Red is a multi-purpose product
suitable for farm, mining and construction
industries. It is ideal for garages that perform
maintenance on trucks and automobiles.
Specific uses include wheel bearings (with disc and
conventional brakes), universal joints, ball joints,
king pins, sliding surfaces, bucket pins, ball
bearings, roller bearings, needle bearings, antifriction bearings, etc.
FS Spectra Lube Red is available in NLGI Grade 2
and carries NLGI's highest automotive chassis and
wheel bearing lubricant classification, GC-LB. It is
available in 400-pound drums, 120-pound kegs,
35-pound pails and 14 ounce tubes.

CONTRACTOR’S GREASE **
Premium EP, Lithium Complex,
Heavy-Duty, Multi-Purpose Grease
Description
FS Spectra Lube Red Contractor’s Grease is the
newest product added to the FS grease line. This
product contains the highest base oil viscosity
within the Spectra Lube grease line. Providing
excellent natural oxidation inhibition, combined
with anti-oxidants and corrosion inhibitors
ensuring extra stability under storage and extreme
service conditions. The addition of polymers gives
this product excellent tack and water resistance as
well. It has a high dropping point in excess of
500˚F. It exhibits superior corrosion resistance, load
carrying ability (60lb. Timken ok load) and
compatability with other greases.
Applications
FS Spectra Lube Red Contractor’s Grease can be used
as a multi-purpose grease, but it is best suited for
heavy-duty construction equipment or applications
working under heavy loads.
Specific uses for this product include universal
joints, king pins, fifth wheels, ball bearings, roller
bearings and wheel bearings (with disc and
conventional brakes).
FS Spectra Lube Red Contractor’s Grease is available
in NLGI Grade 2 and meets the GC-LB classification
for automotive chassis and wheel bearings. It is
available in 400-pound drums, 120-pound kegs,
35-pound pails and 14 ounce tubes.
**Due to the heavy base oil utilized in the formulation of
this product, there may be some pumpability issues in
extremely cold climates. If cold temperatures are a concern,
it is recommended that you consider using the traditional
Spectra Lube Red product during cold seasons.
