Hi Parents,
Research project: We will begin researching this week and continue when we get
back from break. Students will do the poster part of the project at home. I will send home
the directions and rubric before we go on break. This project will be due Monday, May 8th.
During the 4th quarter we do not send out progress reports. Please check power
school if you are interested in how your child is doing. I will send out progress reports for
students that are getting low grades.
Easter Party: We are doing an egg hunt. If students don’t have eggs, they won’t be
able to participate. Please send in 12 filled eggs. I do need parent volunteers to help hide the
eggs. We will be doing our egg hunt on Thursday, April 13th @ 2:15. If you are able to
help, I would like you to let me know and please be there by 1:50 to start hiding. Please let
have a hardship and can’t send filled Easter eggs for the egg hunt. Please
me know if you
send in eggs by Monday. Thank you for your help.
Box Tops are a great way to support our school. Students receive one Hoot Loot for
every 10 box tops they turn in. Please keep saving up your Box Tops and send them in for
March.
NOTE: girls can’t wear leggings as pants. Please remember that girls must wear their
leggings under a dress or skirt. Also, students should practice their math facts daily. They
need to have them memorized.
