February
February is a very historic month, it is amazing the things that happened.
Yes, Arizona became a State in the United States on February 14th, 1912
but a few other things happened too. Some of those things are; on February 4th 1782 George Washington was appointed President of the Constitutional Convention, February 22nd, 1951 the 22nd Amendment was ratified., and February 20th, 1962 John Glenn became the first American to
orbit the earth. There are many more historical facts and figures about the
month of February that could be used in a game of trivia including the history of Valentines Day. So February is a historic month .
So what does that have to do with me or my business? Nothing maybe, or
it may be an opportunity. An opportunity to see what great accomplishments have been done in the middle of winter. The United States Constitution gave people freedom. The 22nd Amendment limited power from being
consolidated in one person. This even could be a great model for your organization a regular rotation of leadership helps growth. Imagine or remember the challenges and excitement of space exploration. Think big and
go where no one has gone before. What about Saint Valentine? Someone
who was strong enough to stand up against an immoral government. Gave
up his life for it too. Let the history of February inspire you too and your
business to go to the next level.
